You have released great projects in the past. This will be no different. That is why I jumped at the chance to work with you. You mentioned a guaranteed minimum level of payment, in addition to the fact there is no cap on what you can make. Whatever work is involved in this project is still better than having a much lower finite or set amount of pay for work that is a lot more boring or back breaking.

In this economy, any money you can make working at home, no matter how much it is, will be money in the bank since it won't cost you $4.xx per gallon in your daily commute.

Perhaps I shouldn't have used the word "hiring". What I'm really looking is more along the lines of a team member. There will be regular tasks, as with any project, but there will be a fair amount of autonomy and I won't be constantly looking over your shoulder.

Think of it as being handed a project to manage that is 95% completed and upon which you will be receiving assistance with costs, marketing, etc, and for which you will be receiving a substantial share of the profits (without a cap).

Just wanted to insert a comment here. It's not going to seem like a j-o-b to those who enjoy doing this kind of work. Yes, it's work, but if you're good at it, why not make money doing what you're good at and be proud of it? I'm not qualified for this job but from the sound of it, the creativity and the team player aspect seems like the rewarding part and you get to fine-tune "your stuff" :-) Best of success to all those who have applied for this position.

David, I wish you luck and mucho dosh!
However, though I'd love to be part of your team I haven't yet used my Memberspeed and only fit the bill as a Customer Relations man and Word Editor.
If only I'd learned the rest, because though this may seem like a JOB to some it's being part of your Success Story that will count - and greatly enhance anyone's experience of the Business side of OnLine activity.
To your continuing success

I am definitely interested in this. I am very web savvy, so installing scripts and making customisations is right up my alley. As long as the customisations don't involve writing code from scratch. I know enough to be able to hack PHP code someone else has written.

I would also be excellent in the realm of customer service. I have a gift for dealing with people. I have worked in IT for nearly 5 years publicly and privately, so the word documents will be a piece of cake.

Although, I can talk with programmers just fine, I myself am not able to write PHP code from scratch. If by server administration, you mean backing up a website, uploading files, etc. I am able to do that as well.

I look forward to hearing from you. -- Dennis Grubbs
