Hi! If you're new here, you might want to register for free email updates. Just use the form at the top of the sidebar. Thanks for visiting The Lucid Blog!

Have you ever looked at an unknown acronym and made a bad guess as to what it might stand for?

For example, in the UK, we have a car breakdown service called the Automobile Association.

More commonly known as the: AA

Of course, if you were to talk to someone unfamiliar with this company and you told them that you’re a regular member of AA, you might get expressions of sympathy, rather than congratulations on your responsible motoring habits.

By the same token, if you were to tell someone you spent $5000 last year on PPC, but your audience is only familiar with the popular restaurant franchise that sells whole cooked chickens at bargain prices…

You might get concerned expressions about your poultry obsession, rather than a pat on the back for investing in your business.

Maybe not…

Anyway, a couple of years ago, I actually did spend about $5000 on PPC (The Google Adwords variety).

But about $1800 of that money was on training to understand (among other things) the correct way to do PPC.

It was money well spent because my teacher taught me some handy tricks that increased my conversions my a factor of ten, and improved my click-through-rate three or four times over.

Nice :-)

But not as nice as the fact that you can now get more or the less the same tips and tricks (plus some new, up-to-date stuff), without paying a cent.

Just as it claims, the content is good for those who are new to PPC and those who are experienced and want to get more from their campaigns.

And, seriously folks, I’ve tried most of these techniques already.

They do work.

And, unlike me, you don’t have to pay $1800 to get it.

PS - The video is pretty sizeable so if you have trouble viewing it or if the buffering keeps kicking in, use the link underneath the video window to download it.

You don’t need to subscribe to download the first video (although you do if you want the two follow-ups) so it’s trouble-free. When you unzip it, you’ll find the video is in mp4 format. I couldn’t watch it in RealPlayer or WMP, but it worked just fine in a regular Quicktime Player.
